Managed Websites
Yes. Your website is an added booking channel, not a replacement. Most hosts keep marketplace listings running while they build direct bookings.
We build around Wheelbase Pro, which we recommend for most hosts, and HQ Rental Software. We check your platform during onboarding before promising any integration. We recommend these platforms but aren't affiliated with either.
Yes, through your booking platform's booking flow embedded in your pages, or through a booking inquiry form if your platform can't be connected.
Starter covers up to 3 vehicles, Growth up to 10, and Premium up to 20. Need more? Move up a plan, or ask about a custom website.
Ask for a Fleet quote. Fleets of 21 or more vehicles, and operators with several locations, get a managed website priced for their fleet size and locations, with everything in Premium. Use the Get a Fleet Quote button and we'll reply with a written quote; a one-time custom build is the other option for large fleets.
No. Managed templates are the foundation, but every website is configured for the operator: your branding, content, fleet, booking platform, policies, locations, and target keywords. Two DRW sites can share a foundation and look and read like completely different businesses.
Keyword research for your market (primary, secondary, short-tail, long-tail, local, and vehicle keywords, mapped to pages), on-page SEO, technical SEO including sitemap.xml, robots.txt, and canonical tags, and core schema markup. Growth and Premium go further on keyword research, schema, local SEO, and tracking.
Yes, on every plan. We verify your site in Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, submit your sitemap to both, set up GA4, and track booking, phone, and email clicks. Indexing itself is decided by Google and Bing, so we verify it rather than assume it.
No one honestly can. We set up the keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, local SEO, schema, and AI search readiness that give your site a strong foundation; rankings then depend on your market, competition, reviews, and ongoing work.
Where they're genuinely useful. Growth includes location pages agreed at setup and Premium includes custom location landing pages. We don't mass-produce near-identical city pages, because thin duplicates can hurt rather than help.
Yes. You register and renew your domain in your own name, at your cost (usually a small yearly fee at the registrar). We connect it to your website.
Yes. We connect your existing domain during setup; you'll need access to its DNS settings or someone who can make the change.
With Wheelbase Pro, each vehicle's Turo calendar can be brought into Wheelbase, so your website shows Turo-booked dates as unavailable. A booking made on your website still has to be blocked on Turo by hand, and Wheelbase doesn't publish how often the Turo feed refreshes, so double bookings are reduced, not impossible.
Yes, where your booking platform supports it. Payments, deposits, and their processing fees run through your booking platform and payment processor, not through us.
Yes, on every plan, along with security updates and technical maintenance.
Time each month for minor updates: vehicle descriptions and photos, contact details, text, and small changes to existing sections. Starter includes 1 hour, Growth 3, and Premium 5. Unused hours don't roll over, and bigger work is quoted separately before it starts.
You do: your business content, logos, photos, and vehicle information. We own and maintain the managed platform and its code.
Most websites launch in about 7–14 business days, counted from when we have your content, booking-platform access, and confirmed compatibility. It's a typical timeline, not a guarantee.
We'll tell you before launch and recommend an alternative, such as a booking inquiry form or a supported platform like Wheelbase Pro, rather than promising an integration that won't work.
