Ongoing Support
Launch is the start, not the finish line.
Two optional, month-to-month plans for operators who want us actively maintaining and growing the site after the free post-launch window ends — not just fixing things when they break.
- Completely optional
- Month-to-month
- You still own everything

Where It Fits
Not required, and not the same as the free window.
Every build already includes two weeks of free post-launch support for bug fixes and scope-related adjustments — that part is never optional and never billed. These plans are a separate, ongoing engagement for operators who want us actively managing security, performance, and search visibility every month after that, rather than handling it themselves or calling us in only when something breaks.

Questions About These Plans
Straight answers, no fine print.
Yes. Both plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancel whenever it no longer makes sense for your fleet, and you keep full ownership and access to the site either way.
Yes, in either direction. A lot of operators start on Starter and move to Growth once they're ready to invest in active SEO expansion — there's no penalty for switching.
No. These plans are entirely optional. After the free two-week post-launch window, you can manage updates and edits yourself through the WordPress dashboard — nothing about owning or running the site requires a plan.
Starter includes up to 2 hours of edits per month and Growth includes up to 4. Anything beyond that is scoped and quoted separately before any work starts, the same as out-of-scope work on the original build — no surprise charges.
Yes, on either plan. We'll walk you through both billing options and the exact numbers once we understand your fleet and which plan fits. Annual plans are paid upfront for the year and, like our managed hosting annual option, aren't prorated for early cancellation — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details. Monthly billing stays cancel-anytime with no commitment.
