What’s actually useful to mention
A star rating alone doesn’t tell another operator much. Reviews that mention something specific end up mattering more to the next person deciding whether to book a call:
- What the build or migration process was actually like, week to week
- How communication held up if something needed to change mid-project
- What the site or booking flow has done for the business since launch — direct bookings, fewer double-bookings, less time on manual coordination, and so on
None of that is required — a short honest review is still genuinely helpful. It just tends to be worth more to a fellow operator than “great service, five stars.”
