Process

From first call to launch.

Nine steps, in order. Nothing skipped, nothing left vague — typically wrapped up in 3–5 weeks depending on scope and how quickly we get what we need from you.

  • A clear, fixed sequence — you always know what’s next
  • Every booking path tested before launch
  • Full WordPress admin access handed over at the end

Discovery & Planning

A call to understand your fleet, current booking setup, and what's actually not working today — plus what we need from you (logo, brand colors, vehicle content, hosting/domain access) to hit the ground running.

Branding & Design

A custom visual direction built around your brand and colors — not a template with your logo swapped in.

Website Development

The site gets built on WordPress: layout, pages, admin structure, and everything else in scope, with a conversion-focused layout from the start.

Vehicle Listings

Individual vehicle pages go in — photos, pricing, specs, and clear booking calls-to-action for every unit in your fleet.

Wheelbase Pro Integration

Booking, availability, and payments get wired in through Wheelbase Pro. Your site stays the customer-facing front end; Wheelbase Pro remains the system of record for reservations.

SEO Foundation

Page titles, meta descriptions, heading hierarchy, clean URLs, image alt text and compression, internal linking, and a standard 404 page — the technical basics search engines need to index the site properly.

Testing & QA

Every booking path, form, and page gets tested across desktop, tablet, and mobile before anything goes live — including a check for broken links.

Website Launch

The site goes live on your domain. You get full WordPress admin access once final payment clears.

Post-Launch Support

An included post-launch support period for bug fixes and scope-related adjustments — 7 days on Launch, 14 days on Grow, priority support on Custom. After that, it's self-service through your WordPress admin, or an optional support plan if you'd rather we handle it.
