FAQ
Hosting & Support questions
Managed hosting, post-launch plans, hourly support, and what ongoing care looks like after launch.
Ongoing Support & Growth
Yes. Meta data, schema markup, and technical SEO basics are included in every build. Ongoing SEO — content, local rankings, Google Business Profile — is covered by our optional Starter, Growth, and Pro post-launch plans.
Yes, optionally. Our managed WordPress hosting is $12.99/month or $84.99/year — or we set the site up on hosting in your own name and hand you the keys. Your call.

Yes. The site is structured to handle inventory growth without a rebuild — that's part of the point.
Multi-location support is built into the site structure — separate pickup locations, service areas, and (where it makes sense) location-specific pages, all managed from the same site and fleet.

Post-Launch Plans
No. They are completely optional. Your website works, and stays yours, whether or not you ever take a plan.
Yes. Monthly plans are month to month: cancel before your next billing date and the plan ends with the current month. Payments for a month that has started aren't refunded.
Annual plans are paid upfront for the year and provide the equivalent of 2 months free compared with monthly billing. It is a prepaid billing choice, not a mandatory 12-month contract — monthly billing remains available. Annual plans aren't refunded or prorated if you cancel during the year.
Yes. Your website and domain remain yours. For WordPress projects you keep administrator access; for custom projects, ownership and access follow the individual project agreement.
