FAQ
Common questions
Answered honestly — if something's not here, ask us directly.
Ownership & Independence
Yes, entirely. Domain, source files, database, and hosting account are yours at handoff. There's no forced subscription to keep the site online.
Yes. This isn't a replacement for Turo or any marketplace you're already on — it's a direct channel that runs alongside it.
Wheelbase is our default recommendation for the booking engine behind these sites, and it's what we integrate with directly. If you're already on a different system, tell us — we'll give you an honest read on whether it's a good fit.
Timeline & Getting Started
Typically 3–5 weeks from kickoff, depending on scope — fleet size, integrations, and how much content and photography you have ready going in. Delays on our end are rare; the biggest factor is usually how quickly we get your logo, brand details, and vehicle content back.
Yes. If you already have a website, we can migrate your content, vehicle listings, and branding over rather than starting from a blank page.
Yes. A redesign is scoped the same way a new build is — we'll look at what you have and tell you honestly whether a redesign or a rebuild makes more sense.
Payments & Booking
Yes — payments run through Wheelbase's booking engine (or Stripe/Square, depending on setup), so renters can pay online at the time of booking.
Yes. Security deposit collection runs through the same booking engine as the rental payment itself, so it's part of the checkout flow rather than a separate manual step.
It depends on scope — bring it up on the strategy call and we'll tell you honestly what's possible for your project. There's no standard financing plan advertised here because terms vary too much to promise in advance.
Ongoing Support & Growth
Yes, as an add-on. Meta data, schema markup, and technical SEO basics are included in every build; ongoing SEO (content, local rankings, Google Business Profile) is a separate retainer.
We can set it up and hand you the keys, or manage it for you on an ongoing maintenance plan — your call.
Yes — you'll have access to make content updates yourself. For anything structural or design-related, we're also available on a maintenance plan.
Yes. The site is structured to handle inventory growth without a rebuild — that's part of the point.
Multi-location support is built into the site structure — separate pickup locations, service areas, and (where it makes sense) location-specific pages, all managed from the same site and fleet.
