Growth Plan — Full Details

Everything in Growth, explained line by line.

Not a summary — every deliverable in the Growth plan, including everything carried over from Starter, and what each one actually does for the site. Pricing is tailored after we learn about your fleet, so it’s never a generic number.

  • Includes everything in Starter

Website Maintenance & Technical Support

The baseline work that keeps the site itself running safely — the part that has nothing to do with rankings and everything to do with the site staying online, secure, and working correctly.

WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates

Every update gets applied on a set schedule, closing known security gaps instead of leaving the site running outdated, patchable software.

Daily backups and uptime monitoring

A full backup runs every day, and uptime is checked continuously, so a hosting outage or a bad update never means starting from zero.

Basic security checks and hardening

Recurring checks for common vulnerabilities, login hardening, and file integrity monitoring.

Minor site edits and bug fixes

Small content changes, layout tweaks, or bug fixes handled directly each month, without booking a separate project. Starter includes up to 2 hours; Growth includes up to 4.

Mobile and desktop performance check

Page speed and layout verified on both mobile and desktop every month, catching slowdowns before they cost bookings.

WordPress error log review

Growth Only

Server and application error logs are reviewed regularly to catch issues before they become visible problems on the site.

SEO & Optimization

The technical and on-page groundwork that helps search engines find, understand, and rank the site correctly as it grows.

On-page SEO upkeep

Titles, meta descriptions, and heading structure kept current as pages and vehicle listings change.

Image alt text audit and optimization

New and existing images checked for descriptive alt text, supporting both accessibility and image search visibility.

XML sitemap review and update

The sitemap is kept current as pages are added or removed, so search engines always have an accurate map of the site.

Technical SEO audit

Growth Only

A full technical pass covering page speed, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and URL/slug structure — the ranking factors on-page SEO alone doesn't touch.

Full keyword strategy

Growth Only

Ongoing research into what renters are actually searching for, including long-tail terms, seasonal shifts, and what competitors in the area are ranking for.

Backlink monitoring

Growth Only

The site's backlink profile is monitored for toxic or spammy links, with disavowal handled before they can affect rankings.

Content & Organic Growth

The content work that actually expands what the site can rank for, rather than just maintaining its current position.

SEO-optimized blog posts

New content published monthly, targeted at real search terms rather than generic filler. Starter includes 1 post per month; Growth includes 2.

On-page content upkeep

Growth Only

Existing pages get revisited and refreshed — anchor text, keyword placement, stale sections — rather than left untouched. This is often what search rankings actually reward over time.

Reporting & Strategy

Ongoing visibility into what's actually happening with the site, and a plan for what comes next.

Google Analytics monthly review

Traffic and visitor behavior reviewed monthly, so trends get caught early instead of after they've mattered.

Google Search Console basic monitoring

Indexing status and basic search visibility checked regularly.

Monthly summary report

A plain-language report each month covering what was done and what it means for the site.

Full Search Console reporting

Growth Only

Deeper visibility into how search engines are actually crawling and indexing the site, including crawl stats and index coverage — not just top-line traffic.

Quarterly strategy and growth planning call

Growth Only

A recurring call to review what's working, adjust the content and keyword plan, and set priorities for the next quarter.

Just Need the Basics?

Starter covers maintenance and light SEO for less.

If active keyword research and content growth aren’t a priority yet, Starter keeps the site updated, secure, and monitored, without the added SEO and content work Growth includes.

Questions About This Plan

Straight answers, no fine print.

Yes. Both plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancel whenever it no longer makes sense for your fleet, and you keep full ownership and access to the site either way.

Yes, in either direction. A lot of operators start on Starter and move to Growth once they're ready to invest in active SEO expansion — there's no penalty for switching.

No. These plans are entirely optional. After the free two-week post-launch window, you can manage updates and edits yourself through the WordPress dashboard — nothing about owning or running the site requires a plan.

Starter includes up to 2 hours of edits per month and Growth includes up to 4. Anything beyond that is scoped and quoted separately before any work starts, the same as out-of-scope work on the original build — no surprise charges.

Yes, on either plan. We'll walk you through both billing options and the exact numbers once we understand your fleet and which plan fits. Annual plans are paid upfront for the year and, like our managed hosting annual option, aren't prorated for early cancellation — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details. Monthly billing stays cancel-anytime with no commitment.
