For Turo Hosts
A direct booking website for Turo hosts.
Keep Turo for discovery. Give repeat renters, referrals, and people who search for you by name a place to book you directly, with Wheelbase Pro or HQ Rental Software handling bookings and payments.
Illustration of two booking channels side by side: a marketplace listing for new renters, and the host’s own website where a repeat renter books directly, with calendars kept in sync.
Alongside Turo
How a direct site works with your Turo listings.
Turo stays your discovery channel
New renters keep finding you on Turo. Nothing about a direct site asks you to leave or pull listings.
Your site catches the renters who already know you
Repeat renters who come back on their own, referrals from past guests, and people who search for your business by name get a place to book you directly.
Your booking platform does the heavy lifting
Wheelbase Pro or HQ Rental Software handles availability, bookings, deposits, and payments behind your site. Wheelbase Pro can also sync with your Turo calendar.
Stay within Turo’s rules: don’t steer guests you met on Turo off the platform. Our guide to building repeat direct customers the right way covers what to do instead.

Questions
Questions Turo hosts ask.
No. A direct booking website is an added channel. Most hosts keep Turo for new renters and use their own site for repeat renters, referrals, and people who search for them by name.
Turo's policies restrict steering guests you met on Turo off the platform, and breaking them can put your account at risk. Build a business renters can find on their own instead: a consistent name, your own website, a Google Business Profile, and reviews. Check Turo's current host policies before changing how you communicate with guests.
You need a booking platform behind the site. We work with Wheelbase Pro, which we recommend for most hosts, and HQ Rental Software. The platform subscription is billed separately by the provider. We recommend these platforms but aren't affiliated with either.
Wheelbase Pro can sync with your Turo calendar, so a car booked on one channel isn't double-booked on the other. Our guide to syncing Turo and Wheelbase walks through the setup.
Website packages are one-time fees, starting at $1,850 one-time for Launch. There's no mandatory monthly fee to keep the site online; hosting and maintenance plans are optional.
Most builds take about 3 to 5 weeks, depending on scope and how quickly we get your content, branding, and vehicle details.
