Most rental operators come to us for a website. Once it's live, the next questions are usually about getting found, answering inquiries faster, and keeping up with admin as the fleet grows. This guide lists everything we handle in one place, how each service is priced, and what's never included, so you can see what fits your business today and what might fit later.

Every service is optional except the one you actually come to us for. You can start with a website, an audit, or a single automation, and add nothing else. Our services page has the full scope of each one.

How the Services Fit Together

The services follow the order a rental business usually needs them: a website that takes bookings, then ways to bring in and capture inquiries, then faster responses and follow-up, then marketing and reputation, then help with day-to-day operations. Turo and other marketplaces stay part of the picture. A direct site is an added channel for repeat renters and referrals, not a replacement for the platforms that already bring you bookings.

How pricing works: website packages and audits are one-time fees. Marketing, AI, and operations services have a one-time setup fee (where there is one) and a monthly fee, always on separate lines, with a 3-month minimum term and 30 days' notice to cancel after that. Ranges are starting guides; your proposal states the exact figures before any work starts.

1. Websites & Technology

This is the core of what we do: custom direct-booking websites with Wheelbase Pro handling availability, bookings, and payments. Every package includes a page for every vehicle, an SEO foundation, analytics and tracking, and a post-launch support period. Builds typically take 3–5 weeks.

  • Launch — $1,850 one-time. A custom WordPress site with Wheelbase Pro integration, fleet pages, foundational SEO, and 7 days of post-launch support.
  • Grow — $2,450 one-time. Everything in Launch plus advanced fleet presentation, search and filtering, advanced SEO, and 14 days of support.
  • Custom — starting at $3,250 one-time. A custom Next.js/React platform with custom workflows and integrations, and priority support. Larger builds are quoted after discovery.
  • Rental Website Audit — $199 one-time. A prioritized written review of your current site: mobile usability, vehicle pages, booking journey, speed, SEO basics, and tracking. Fixes are quoted separately.
  • Website Improvement Sprint — $599–$1,499 one-time. A defined set of layout, conversion, technical, or content improvements, listed in writing before you buy.
  • Managed hosting — $12.99 per month or $84.99 per year. WordPress hosting with daily backups; optional, and you can host anywhere.
  • Maintenance plans — Starter $149, Growth $299, or Pro $499 per month, with 2, 4, or 6 hours of website work and 1, 2, or 4 SEO blog posts a month. Yearly billing costs 10 months. Optional.
  • Custom software and integrations — quoted according to scope.

You own the website and domain after final payment, and there's no mandatory monthly fee to keep the site online. Our pricing page compares the three packages side by side.

2. Marketing & Growth

Marketing support tied to your website, service area, and booking goals. We don't promise rankings, lead counts, or return on ad spend, and advertising spend is always paid directly by you to the ad platform.

  • SEO and local SEO — $399–$999 per month for technical checks, page improvements, content, internal linking, local profile support where eligible, and reporting.
  • Google Ads or Meta Ads audit — $249–$499 one-time each, or $399–$699 for both.
  • Social media and Google Ads plans — Social Media Management $479, Google Ads Management $749, Complete Marketing $949 per month, plus your Google ad spend.
  • Meta Ads management — $749 per month, or $1,349 per month for Google and Meta together, plus your ad spend.
  • Brand and creative — logo from $99–$249, Brand Starter $299, Complete Brand Identity $699, Brand & Fleet Launch Kit $999, vehicle photo editing $15–$40 per vehicle, social graphic bundles $99–$249, and decal design $99–$299.
  • Reputation management — $149, $299, or $499 per month for review monitoring, response support, and reporting.

We never buy, fabricate, incentivize, or gate reviews, and removal of a legitimate negative review is never promised. For the basics you can do yourself, our guide to getting more Google reviews covers neutral review requests.

3. AI Agents & Automation

Agents and workflows that handle repeatable communication and admin, with a person stepping in whenever a decision needs one. Each has a one-time setup fee and a monthly management fee.

  • AI voice calling agent — setup $750–$2,500+, management $199–$599 per month. Answers calls, handles approved questions, captures inquiry details, and routes callers to staff.
  • AI text and SMS agent — setup $500–$1,500, management $149–$399 per month, with consent tracking and opt-out handling.
  • Website chat agent — setup $500–$1,500, management $99–$299 per month.
  • Lead follow-up agent — setup $500–$1,500, management $149–$399 per month. Stops when someone replies, opts out, or books.
  • Review collection agent — setup $300–$750, management $99–$299 per month. Neutral requests sent to every eligible customer.
  • Booking and trip communication workflows — setup $750–$2,000+, management $199–$499 per month.
  • CRM and workflow automation — setup $500–$2,500+, with ongoing support quoted by complexity.
Calls, messages, telephony, and AI usage are billed monthly at the provider's rates, against a usage budget you agree with us; you're alerted at 80% of it. No plan includes unlimited usage. Agents work only from information you approve and don't make unverified claims about availability, pricing, insurance, or refunds.

The AI agents and automation page has each agent's scope, the bundles, and the guardrails in more detail.

4. Fleet Operations Support

A virtual assistant for defined administrative and guest-communication tasks, priced by monthly hours: Operations Assist at $499 per month for up to 20 hours, Fleet Operations at $799 per month for up to 45 hours, and Fleet Operations Plus starting at $1,499 per month for up to 90 hours. The coverage window is agreed in your proposal.

  • Inquiry follow-up and guest communication using approved scripts
  • Trip scheduling administration and pickup/return checklist tracking
  • Photo and document tracking, maintenance reminders, and routine reporting
  • SOP documentation and process improvement

Operations support never includes emergency roadside response, legal advice, insurance decisions, unapproved refunds, physical vehicle handling, or round-the-clock response. The assistant works in accounts you authorize, with only the permissions you grant.

What's Never Included

A few costs always sit outside our fees. We list them up front so they never show up as a surprise on an invoice:

  • Advertising spend, paid directly to Google or Meta
  • Your Wheelbase Pro subscription and domain registration
  • Telephony, SMS, and usage-based AI charges, unless your proposal includes an allowance
  • Third-party software subscriptions
  • Work outside the scope agreed in writing

Where to Start

If you don't have a website yet, start there; everything else builds on it. If you already have one, the $199 audit tells you what's worth fixing first. If inquiries are slipping through, lead follow-up is usually the smallest automation with the most immediate effect. And if you're not sure, tell us what you're trying to improve and we'll suggest a scoped next step.

You can also build an estimate on the pricing page with the Configure Your Service tool, which shows setup and monthly fees separately and carries your selection into the contact form.
